Educational Qualification
- Officer Grade ‘B’ (DR) General: You need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any subject with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Officer Grade ‘B’ (DR) DEPR: A master’s degree in Economics, Quantitative Economics, Econometrics, Mathematical Economics, Finance, Integrated Economics Course, or an MBA/Postgraduate Diploma in Finance with at least 55% marks.
- Officer Grade ‘B’ (DR) DSIM: A master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Statistics & Informatics, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA). Alternatively, a postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a one-year PG Diploma in Statistics or a related subject.
Age Limit
- For the general category, you must be between 21 and 32 years old. The maximum age limit can be relaxed by up to three years for OBC candidates and five years for SC/ST candidates. For candidates with an M.Phil, the upper age limit is 32 years, and for those with a Ph.D., it is 34 years.
