The CUET UG exam was offered in 13 different languages. These included English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Odia, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Urdu.
CUET UG Exam Overview
The CUET UG exam was held in a mix of online and offline formats. It featured four sections, each with multiple-choice questions. For every correct answer, you earned 5 points, but there was also negative marking—1 point was taken off for each wrong answer. The exam was worth a total of 800 points, and the questions were designed to be at a 12th-grade level.
Result Preparation Process
After the exam, the board will provide a provisional answer key with the correct answers for all the questions. If students believe there are mistakes or have concerns about the answers, they can file objections through a formal process.
Students need to submit their objections within a given timeframe and pay a fee determined by the agency. The board will review all submitted objections carefully. If any objections are valid, they will update the answer key before finalizing the results.
The release of the answer key might take a bit longer because there were four different versions for each subject. The agency has to prepare keys for all subjects and versions, which requires careful work.

The CUET cut-off scores for 2024 will be given in marks, scores, and percentiles. These cut-offs will differ based on the course, university, and applicant category.
