Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Here are the educational requirements for each position:
- Senior Assistant: You need a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution, or a 120-hour computer course (or equivalent). You must also pass a test in English and Punjabi typing (30 words per minute).
- Senior Assistant (IT): A B.E. or B.Tech in IT, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science with at least 50% marks, or an MCA with 50% marks and 2 years of experience.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): A B.Com (Second Class) with 3 years of experience in a commercial organization and a 120-hour computer course (or equivalent).
- Technical Assistant: A Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Agricultural Economics, Commerce with Statistics, or Statistics, with at least 50% marks.
- Investigation Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Non-Medical) or B.Tech (Civil) with at least 60% marks.
- Law Officer: A professional degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience as an Advocate or in a legal role.
- Quality Manager: 10+2 with a 3-year course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and 5 years of experience in a well-regarded Aviation organization.
- Personal Assistant: A Graduate with a typing speed of 100 words per minute in Punjabi and 60 words per minute in English, plus a 120-hour computer course (or equivalent).
- Junior Auditor: A B.Com (First Division) or M.Com (Second Division) from a recognized university.
- Draughtsman: Matriculation with Punjabi and a two-year certificate in Draftsman Civil from an ITI or a higher qualification in the same field.
Age Limit (As of 01 January 2023)
Applicants must be between 18 and 37 years old as of 01 January 2023. Age relaxation applies according to Punjab Government rules for reserved categories.
